We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of IT Services to lead our organization’s IT function while driving business growth through strategic IT sales. This role demands a strong foundation in IT systems, a deep understanding of technology trends, and a proven track record in IT services sales and business development.
The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and commercial insight to position our IT offerings effectively in the market, manage internal operations, and contribute significantly to the company’s overall vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and service delivery.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the IT services business, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding client portfolios.
Drive revenue through active participation in IT sales, client acquisition, and account management.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to promote the organization’s IT solutions and services.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service offerings.
Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing IT and sales teams to deliver excellence in both service and revenue.
Salary: Up to Rs 35,000 + Unlimited Bonus (5% of revenue generated)
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in IT Sales
Language: Proficient in English
Educational Qualifications : Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Mandatory).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
