We currently have immediate job opening for the position of Sales Executive:

Number of Positions: 03

Experience: Should have minimum 4 years of experience in only jewellery field.

Age: Below 35 years

Gender: Male/Female.

Job Location: Bandra (Mumbai)

1. Experience in Jewellery Industry is must.

2. Must be effective in customer handling, customer service.

3. Maintain safety of jewellery displayed to the customer.

4. Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

5. Inform customers about new designs, schemes, and offers to promote sales and

customer engagement.

6. Presenting and selling of products/services using well – mannered communication skills to

existing and prospective customers.

7. Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience.

8. Manage returns of merchandise and service our loyalty program clients

9. Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.

Qualifications and desired Skills:

– Any Graduate.

– Ability to work well in a team Skills.

– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: 28k to 35k.

Language: Hindi, English, (Gujarati/Other-optional)
