Who We Are Looking For: Talrn is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be a key player in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry. You will work in a dynamic environment, build relationships with potential clients, and help drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients for IT staffing services by conducting market research and cold outreach via phone, email, and social media.
Sales Development: Manage the early stages of the sales cycle, including lead qualification, building rapport, and conducting initial meetings to understand client needs.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their hiring challenges and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Product/Service Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Talrn’s capabilities.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies and outreach campaigns to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales opportunities within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and timely follow-ups.
Negotiation & Closing: Collaborate with senior team members to close deals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from lead generation through contract execution.
Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance, and report regularly to management.
Qualifications:

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or IT staffing.
Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
Ability to build strong client relationships and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of IT staffing, recruitment, or tech industries is a plus.
Strong network within the IT staffing industry or related fields is an advantage.
