Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (Cloud Services / Hosting / IT Solutions)
Job Type: Remote / Full-Time
Experience Required: 3–6 Years

1. Skills and Experience

Must-Have:

· Proven experience in lead generation, ideally in the hosting or cloud services industry.
· Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (IaaS, SaaS, VPS, Dedicated Servers, etc.).
· Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho etc)
· Familiarity with B2B lead generation strategies.
· Cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calling) expertise.
· Knowledge of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas in tech/IT.

Nice-to-Have:

· Basic technical knowledge of platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
· Background in IT sales or business development.
· Experience with automation tools like Apollo.io, Lemlist, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

2. Tools and Technology

· CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho etc)
· Lead enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Lusha)
· Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Outreach.io)
· Social selling platforms (LinkedIn Navigator)
· Data scraping tools (PhantomBuster, Apollo)
· Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar for inbound tracking)

3. Lead Generation Strategies

Lead Generators should be proficient in:

· Inbound lead qualification – engaging with website sign-ups, whitepaper downloads, etc.
· Outbound campaigns – cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
· Using SEO/Content Marketing leads to nurture via email and calls.
· Running or supporting webinars or virtual events to capture leads.

4. KPIs and Performance Metrics

They should be responsible for:

· Number of leads generated per week/month
· Lead quality (prospective leads)
· Response rates to outreach
· Cost per lead (CPL)
· Appointment/demo booking rates

5. Soft Skills

· Excellent communication (written & verbal)
· Research-oriented and data-driven
· Persistent and self-motivated
· Tech-savvy and quick to learn about new services/products

6. Compliance & Ethics

· Understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) related to outreach.
· Opt-in/opt-out best practices for email and phone campaigns.

Working Hours: Flexible with overlap in business hours as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
