Marketing Manager (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

Team Management:
Lead and coordinate the marketing team to ensure efficient operations.
Develop training programs to enhance team skills and expertise.
Implement performance management, monitor goal achievement, and provide improvement suggestions.
Market Strategy Development:
Formulate effective marketing plans and promotion strategies tailored to the Indian market.
Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and track industry trends to support business growth.
Develop localized marketing strategies and oversee their execution.
Marketing & Promotion:
Execute online marketing campaigns (such as social media, SEO, paid advertising) and offline events (such as industry expos and user meetups).
Design and implement creative initiatives to boost brand exposure and user conversion rates.
Partnership Expansion:
Utilize industry resources to expand partnerships and maintain strong relationships.
Develop and support partners to ensure effective market coverage.
Data Analysis:
Monitor marketing campaign performance in real time, generate reports, and propose optimization strategies.
Continuously refine marketing strategies based on user behavior and market feedback.
Job Requirements:

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Industry Experience:
Experience in digital asset trading platforms or entertainment-related industries preferred.
Familiarity with the Indian market is an advantage.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English and Hindi with excellent communication abilities.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical skills and experience in market research.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
Extensive experience in both online and offline marketing, including social media strategies and partnership development.
Personal Attributes:
Strategic thinking, strong leadership, and execution abilities.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic market environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per year
