Marketing Staff

We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Marketing Staff to contact potential customers, promote our products or services, and drive conversions. If you’re confident in your communication skills and results-driven, this opportunity is for you.

This is a performance-based position with no fixed salary. You’ll be compensated based on your results and eligible for bonuses upon achieving targets. You can choose to work full-time or part-time, with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:·

Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, or in-person.

Present products/services effectively to generate interest and conversions.

Maintain follow-ups with prospects to close deals.

Track and report outreach activities and conversions.

Meet or exceed sales milestones.Compensation.

Performance-based earnings only (no fixed salary).

Commission for each successful sale/conversion.

Bonuses for achieving milestones or targets.

Flexible payment options: weekly or monthly, based on your preference.

Requirements:·

Languages required : English and malayalam

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently or within a team.

Experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
