Job Title: Telecaller – Medical Equipment Sales (Remote)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team and promote medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers (hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare centers) to promote and sell medical equipment.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for smooth order processing.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or medical equipment sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
