PGT ENGLISH

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated individual to fill the position of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) English at RAINBOW SCHOOL. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in English literature and language to our students.

Qualifications:

– Post-Graduate degree in English

– Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.

– Demonstrated expertise in English language teaching methodologies.

– Previous teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

– Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth.

– Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide timely feedback.

– Collaborate with colleagues to design instructional materials and assessments.

– Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness.
