Job Description:
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end Document Management System (DMS) implementation for a Scheduled Commercial Bank. The ideal candidate must be a certified PMI or Prince2 professional, capable of managing project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder coordination with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full DMS implementation lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Align project delivery with timelines and goals of the bank.
Report regularly to stakeholders and manage client expectations.
Act as a single point of contact for project-related communications.
Handle resource allocation, risk mitigation, and team issues efficiently.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Educational Background: MBA / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com / Engineering
Certifications: PMI / Prince2 Certification (Mandatory)
Proven experience in end-to-end DMS implementation in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
