Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and manage all aspects of quality assurance and control in our organization. The QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems to ensure that products meet required standards and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Lead the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Investigate product complaints and non-conformance issues; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain and improve quality documentation, including SOPs, audit reports, and inspection records.
Manage a team of QC inspectors and technicians, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality issues and improvement plans.
Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and audit findings to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, etc., as applicable).
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production and quality teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Minimum [0-1+] years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality standards, methods, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
Experience with regulatory audits and certification processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in using quality software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Six Sigma certification, or equivalent.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis tools.
