Relationship Executive (Branch Liaison Officer)

Job Purpose:

To visit PSU Bank branches allotted after empanelment and establish daily working relationship with Branch Managers. To secure assignments for:

Legal Notices
TIR (Total Inspection Reports)
LSR (Loan Site Reports)
Asset Recovery Follow-up
Legal Recovery Case Filing (SARFAESI, DRT etc.)
Key Responsibilities:

Daily branch visits as per schedule
Build trust and rapport with Branch Heads
Educate them about company’s legal/recovery strengths
Collect assignment letters, TIR/LSR orders, etc.
Liaise with internal legal/documentation teams
Maintain field report and CRM update daily
Ensure on-ground recovery actions (via LFA coordination)
Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate or above
2+ years field experience in Banking, Recovery, or Legal Ops
Own bike, smartphone, basic computer/MS Word/Email skills
Confident personality, able to build long-term relations
Local language fluency + basic English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
