Title of Job Posting: Superstar Sales Agent In Dating / Matchmaking Industry
Title: Full-Time- contractor, Remote
Rate: Base Rate of $1/ Hour + Uncapped commissions (You can expect to earn anywhere between 1500$ – 1800$ per month)

YOUR NEW JOB: As a Superstar Sales Agent, you’ll guide and inspire our members to learn about our membership packages and get enrolled, so they can find their happily-ever-after love.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 2 years experience as a sales agent, preferably in a fast-paced B2C environment with experience in the dating & matchmaking industry.
Sales Superhero: A track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals consistently.
Communicator Extraordinaire: You’re articulate, inspiring, and can explain ideas clearly.
Organized Achiever: Strong skills in managing your work emails, your personal schedule, and “paperwork” tasks without breaking a sweat.
Growth addict: You know how to turn feedback into results and celebrate growth.
Adaptability: Someone who takes initiative and is independent with their responsibilities.

About the Role:
As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll guide and inspire our sales team to reach new heights.
You’ll also actively contribute to revenue generation by demonstrating top-notch sales skills.
Your goal is to ensure we have the best talent on the team and train those who need help.
Responsibilities:
Inspire and Lead: Host energetic weekly sales meetings to align your team with goals, share strategies, and celebrate wins.
Drive Results: Set and achieve personal and team revenue targets
Sales Coaching: Conduct one-on-one syncs with team members, provide constructive feedback, and improve their performance using proven coaching techniques.
Call Mastery: Monitor sales calls for quality and provide actionable advice to close more deals.
Team Development: Offer product and skill training to ensure everyone on your team is equipped to succeed.
Track Success: Keep tabs on performance metrics, track commissions, and drive accountability across the team.
Problem Solver: Handle objections, troubleshoot challenges, and empower agents to win even in tough sales situations.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 2 years experience as a sales team leader, preferably in a fast-paced B2C environment with experience in the dating & matchmaking industry, and a minimum of 3 years in sales totaling 5 years of experience
Sales Superhero: A track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals consistently.
Born Leader: Experience in managing a sales team and achieving team goals.
Communicator Extraordinaire: You’re articulate, inspiring, and can explain strategies clearly.
Organized Achiever: Strong skills in managing emails, schedules, and administrative tasks without breaking a sweat.
