We are looking for a sales-passionate, results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to kick-start and accelerate our growth and strategic outreach. This role is not for someone who is looking for growth in terms of fixed salary, we are looking for sales sales-driven professional who loves to engage with clients and has the ability to execute the sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and strategic business development plans to drive growth.
Lead Generation & RFP Development: Create and pursue new business opportunities, draft and respond to RFPs, and follow up on potential leads.
Business Development: Proactively identify, engage, and close new business across targeted industries and service verticals.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and outbound sales techniques.
Industry Events: Plan and represent the company at major industry events and trade shows, as required and within budget.
Client Engagement: Conduct discovery meetings, deliver tailored solution pitches and presentations, and manage contract negotiations.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure sales strategies align with service delivery.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate, insightful sales reports for senior management and maintain best practices in reporting standards.
Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the life science, pharmaceutical, or similar sectors.
Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong sales closing skills.
A self-starter mindset with a drive for achieving and exceeding goals.
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
