We are seeking a Sales & Customer Relationship Associate to support our client’s sales operations. This includes managing leads, converting prospects, assisting existing customers, and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in sales and handling international clients, particularly from the US and UK markets. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential for this role.
What will you do?
Manage and grow relationships with 50+ existing B2B clients (distributors, shopkeepers, wholesalers)
Communicate regularly with clients via WhatsApp, email, and make sales phone calls
Drive sales by proactively engaging clients
Assist clients in placing orders using company-provided price lists
Prepare and manage proforma invoices, track purchase orders, and coordinate with vendors
Oversee the full order processing cycle to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Coordinate logistics with vendors for seamless order fulfillment
Follow up with new leads provided by the company and convert them into long-term clients
What should be your profile & skills?
A natural salesperson with a proven ability to close B2B deals
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
Strong relationship management and customer service mindset
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and making outbound sales calls
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
Willingness to work in the US shift
