Sales/Business Development Associate
Overview:
Axria is a vertically-integrated real estate development firm headquartered in Piscataway, NJ. The firm has completed over $1bn in development, 100+ projects and has decades of experience in development across the Mid-Atlantic Region. You will join a vibrant team of over a 100 people working across the real estate development spectrum. The role will be fully remote with occasional trips and conferences.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales/Business Development Associate to generate qualified leads, build lasting client relationships, and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a background in working with high-performing teams at product-based or tier-one companies, and brings top-tier communication and analytical skills to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Create lead lists through a suite of tools including Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Apollo, etc
Qualify, and nurture leads through cold calls, emails, and networking platforms
Conduct discovery calls and product demos to articulate value proposition effectively
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams for strategic alignment
Research industry trends, target companies, and customer segments to refine outreach strategies
Maintain accurate reporting and CRM hygiene
Represent the brand with professionalism, precision, and persuasive communication
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution (IITs, IIMs, NITs, ISB, SRCC, etc.)
2–6 years of experience in business development, client-facing sales, or outbound roles
Prior experience in a product-based or high-growth startup environment is a strong plus
Exceptional English communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong business acumen, research ability, and storytelling skills
Self-starter with a bias toward action, accountability, and continuous improvement
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and target-driven setup
Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, Sales Navigator, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
