Sales Executive (FEMALE ONLY)*

*Job Title: Sales Executive* – Consultative Calling (Hair Care Products) Full-time (Work-from-office / Hybrid / Remote as applicable)
Department: Sales & Customer Success
Reports to: Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager

This is not a hard sales role — your approach must be customer-first, insight-driven, and value-based.

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and empathetic Sales Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in converting high-intent leads into customers through consultative, benefit-oriented conversations. The focus is on understanding customer concerns, offering genuine product education, and driving revenue growth through smart follow-ups and personalised communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Calling & Conversion
Call and engage with three core lead types: Abandoned Cart Customers, Retention Customers, and Website Visitors.

Understand customer concerns, hesitation, or interest, and guide them towards the right hair care solution.

Use a consultative, warm, and personalised tone to build trust and close sales.

Product Education & Campaign Pitching
Clearly explain product benefits.

Introduce the 90-Day Hair Growth Challenge — educate on progress tracking and refund guarantee terms.

Share user testimonials to build credibility and trust.

Handling Objections
Identify reasons for drop-offs (price, doubts, lack of clarity) and resolve concerns.

Offer tailored solutions or explain ongoing offers (discounts, bundles, free shipping, etc.).

Order Assistance & Follow-Up
Assist customers in placing orders or send payment/checkout links via Whats App.

Conduct follow-ups within 24–48 hours for interested leads.

Reconnect with retention leads every 15–30 days with meaningful updates.

Reporting & Tracking
Maintain accurate call logs, outcomes, customer notes, and feedback in CRM tools.

Track conversions and contribute to overall revenue milestones.

Required Skills & Qualities:
1 years of experience in B2C inside sales or customer support with sales focus (FMCG, wellness, D2C preferred).

Strong communication and listening skills — must be empathetic, not pushy.

Confidence in product explanation and objection handling.

Basic understanding of CRM tools, Whats App business usage, and order tracking.

Fluency in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is a bonus).

Bonus Points:
Experience in hair care, wellness, or beauty products.

Experience working with Shopify, DelightChat, or similar eCommerce tools.

Proven track record of achieving monthly revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
