Job Specifications
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field
Sales or healthcare-related certifications are a plus
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2B or B2C
Mandatory: Prior experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., hospitals, diagnostics, pharma, health-tech, medical devices, or wellness services)
Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management within healthcare or related verticals
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Healthcare sales targets achieved
Lead conversion rates from the healthcare domain
Client retention and satisfaction scores
Contribution to revenue growth in the healthcare vertical
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential healthcare clients including hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, wellness centers, and doctors
Conduct market research specific to healthcare trends and client needs
Generate leads through cold calling, medical networking, referrals, and healthcare-specific platforms
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders
Address client queries with domain-specific knowledge and consultative sales approaches
Deliver compelling sales pitches customized for healthcare decision-makers
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly healthcare sales targets
Develop and implement focused sales strategies aligned with healthcare sales cycles
Work closely with the marketing team to support healthcare campaigns and lead generation
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay informed on healthcare market developments, policy changes, and competitor movements
Share insights to enhance offerings and sales techniques tailored to healthcare buyers
Attend medical conferences, healthcare expos, and industry networking events
5. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date records of healthcare sales pipelines and client communications
Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical sales practices

Pay: ₹11,570.16 – ₹45,496.99 per month
