Sales Lead (Outsourcing, BPO, Consulting)
The Role
We are a rapidly expanding professional services firm, and we are seeking a seasoned, proactive Sales Lead – Client Relationship Leader to help drive our growth strategy.
As a key member of our team, you will work to address any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive client experience and high satisfaction with our services. This role requires strong communication skills, an intuitive understanding of customer needs, and the ability to collaboratively develop solutions to meet those needs. Your ultimate goal will be to safeguard revenue, foster client loyalty, and drive growth within client accounts.

A self-starter, you’ll thrive with minimal supervision, demonstrating a successful track record in client relationship management—preferably within the professional services or technology sectors. You will have experience in understanding clients’ unique needs, anticipating challenges, and providing thoughtful, results-oriented solutions.

As part of our Senior Leadership team, you will report to either the CEO or COO and will play an instrumental role in shaping and influencing decisions at the highest level.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms between our clients.
Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to explore new opportunities for customer retention.
Set and achieve sales and revenue targets, closely monitoring progress.
Collaborate across departments to fulfil client needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records within the CRM.
Continuously seek ways to improve based on client feedback and industry best practices.
Expand individual accounts while establishing long-term client relationships.
Drive client success in Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, and BPO environments, with a focus on finance, operations, and HR.
Personal Skills and Attributes
Demonstrated experience in account growth and client relationship management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets within the professional services industry.
Experience in monitoring and optimising KPIs, such as client satisfaction and retention.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000,000.00 per year
