Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in target-based sales to join our remote team. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert hot leads into successful sales, meeting monthly sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Convert Hot Leads: Engage with warm prospects to promote InfluCollabs’ services, understanding client needs and showcasing our unique value propositions.
Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly minimum sales targets and maximize commissions through effective selling strategies.
Manage CRM: Accurately record and manage customer data, follow-ups, and progress in our CRM system.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize the sales process.
Provide Feedback: Offer feedback to enhance sales processes, lead nurturing strategies, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Experience: Freshers / 1+ years in sales, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently, taking ownership of goals, and demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and remote working software.
