Sales Manager

We’re looking for experienced and driven Sales Managers to join our expanding team. This role focuses on driving software sales within a designated territory, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building long-term client relationships. Candidates must have a successful background in B2B software sales and strong engagement with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute territory sales plans to exceed targets.
Identify leads via networking, outreach, and events.
Conduct solution-based sales presentations and demos.
Engage and influence C-suite decision-makers.
Lead all phases of the sales cycle, including negotiation and closure.
Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast accurately in CRM.
Provide market insights to internal teams.
Collaborate across departments to ensure customer success.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5–8 years in software sales with consistent quota attainment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
