Roles & Responsibility:
1. Generate Quality leads to expand our customer base.

2. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month over month growth

3. Improve our time spent winning and closing sales

4. Generate new customer leads.

5. Perform outreach to specified customer segments/territories

6. Provide a daily summary of calls and lead status

7. Prepare monthly sales report

8. Adherence to TAT for achieving set goals and benchmarks.

9. Present and up sell company offerings to new customers

10. Generating Leads from Self (natural) Market

11. Converting leads into successful sales

12. Hiring agents and vendors

13. Creating plan layout and execution strategies for given territory

14. Motivating agents/vendors/ free-lancers for achieving sales benchmarks

15. Planning and preparing timeline for training of vendors and agents with training team.

Eligibility & Skills:
1. A Master degree in business, marketing and related field

2. People with banking exp. will be preferred

3. Experience: 1-2 year

4.Strong communication skills

5. Target Oriented

6. Prior Sales experience

7. Confident and knowledge of market

8. People handling skills.

9.Go-getting and Self motivated
