Job Description

Sales Manager

Bachelor’s degree in administration or marketing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in OS&E, food service, vending, or FF&E).
Innovative and creative sales mindset.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi and local languages
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Visit clients to assess their business potential and build rapport.
Identifying new customers and expanding the customer base. Target new customers and explore new markets.
Create and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
Evaluate sales potential and devise plans to meet corporate objectives.
Develop market strategies that align with business initiatives
Manage and control expenses according to corporate guidelines.
Analyze sales reports and implement appropriate action plans.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per year
