Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at a 3M Car Care Studio, you will oversee the sales operations of the studio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality automotive care services and products. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage a team dedicated to providing exceptional car care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Inventory and Operations Oversight: Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability. Oversee the daily operations of the studio to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive care products and services is advantageous.
Compensation

The salary for this role varies based on experience and location. For instance, in Andheri East ,Mumbai, the monthly salary ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000, with performance bonus upto 30000/-depending upon sales turnover .
