Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will present, promote, and sell products or services, aiming to boost revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and follow up on sales inquiries
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients
Maintain client records and generate regular reports on sales progress
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record in sales
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field (preferred)
Competency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay: ₹13,845.17 – ₹55,897.89 per month
