Sales & Marketing for Paint & Coating industry
Location: Mumbai & Gujrat
Position: On Site
We are seeking a results-driven Dynamic “Sales & Marketing Manager” with a strong background in Paint technology and a proven track record in the Paints & Coatings industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:-
· Promote and sell Industrial Paint & coatings to customers in the paint and allied industries
· Identify and develop new customers, markets, and segments to expand sales reach
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the company’s growth plans
· Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and provide after-sales support
· Coordinate with technical and R&D teams to address customer requirements and queries
· Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the paint & coating industry
· Strong technical understanding of resins, coatings, and related raw materials
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
