Sales & Marketing Manager – Flame Retardants
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the regional sales and marketing strategy for flame retardant solutions—aligned with global business objectives.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients in plastics, textiles, construction, and other applications.
Negotiate sales contracts, oversee pricing strategy, and handle related administrative and dispute management tasks.
Support distributor networks: train, mentor, and expand partnerships; conduct technical workshops and product trials.
Lead technical marketing efforts: initiate product trials, present samples, and introduce innovations for value-added flame retardants.
Monitor market trends—competition, regulatory changes, and fire safety standards (e.g., ASTM, UL)—and relay insights to the strategic planning team.
Prepare business development plans, budgets, and sales forecasts. Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce or SAP for tracking and reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
