We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team by managing dealer relationships, lead generation, and administrative processes. The ideal the candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

Dealer Management
Manage the complete dealer onboarding process including creating dealer links, verifying devices, and resolving technical issues
Handle IMEI migrations for reassigned devices and troubleshoot combo issues .
Process and coordinate orders for dealer onboarding materials (merchandise, banners, and promotional items)
Address dealer queries and provide timely technical support for device and link issues
Lead Generation & Management

Categorize, prioritize, and distribute leads to the sales team based on potential value and fit
Filter leads to eliminate duplicates and identify high-potential prospects
Research and scrape leads from public directories to expand outreach opportunities
Continuously refine lead prioritization processes to improve efficiency
Administrative & Financial Support

Manage invoice processing, including requests, payment links, cancellations, and refunds
Backtrack invoices for previous periods as needed
Create task reminders and follow-up activities for the sales team
Develop workarounds for logistical challenges such as international shipping
Project & Campaign Management

Oversee various sales and marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality results
Run and monitor lead generation campaigns
Design and create email templates for campaign communications
Execute email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
Maintain regular communication regarding program progress and next steps
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing on the design and production of promotional materials
Research and document specifications for marketing materials (size, material, etc.)
Work closely with the sales team to align campaign objectives with sales goals
Support the sales team with dealer onboarding and issue resolution
Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and opportunities
Work with marketing agencies to improve sales conversion rates
Analyze market data and statistics to inform program strategies
Identify relevant market trends and gather intelligence on competitors
Document industry best practices to improve sales processes
Qualifications Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing coordination, or similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
Preferred :

Experience in dealer management or channel partnerships
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaigns
Background in lead generation and qualification
Familiarity with invoice processing systems
Experience with market research techniques

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
