Role Overview

As Sales Executive, you’ll be the voice and bridge between the brand and potential clients. Your job goes beyond cold calls — you’ll nurture relationships, drive conversions, and ensure the sales backend is as strong as the show upfront.

Key Responsibilities

· CRM & Data Management

· Maintain and regularly update the client database

· Record all leads, conversations, status updates

· Ensure no inquiry slips through the cracks

Verbal Communication Skills

· Own conversations across WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups

· Be persuasive, articulate, and represent the tone of Rudyculous professionally

· Handle incoming client interest and convert cold leads into warm ones

WhatsApp Business Handling

· Run and respond to WhatsApp Business communications

· Use labels, templates, and broadcast features efficiently

· Maintain professionalism across multiple chats

LinkedIn / Notion

· Conduct lead generation and outreach on LinkedIn

· Use Notion to manage tasks, leads, and sales tracking

· Document processes and keep workflows clean

Automation Tools

· Identify and implement tools that save time (like Zapier, Notion integrations, auto-responses)

· Build simple automation systems for reminders, follow-ups, and lead nurturing

Required Skills & Abilities

· Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

· Solid understanding of CRM systems (or willingness to learn fast)

· Comfort with sales via digital platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp)

· Familiarity with or interest in automation tools like Zapier, Make, Notion integrations

· Basic tech savvy and willingness to upskill

· Strong follow-through and execution discipline
