Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative who can actively reach out to potential clients via phone and help grow our customer base. Your role will be to identify leads, explain the benefits and applications of 3D printing, and convert leads into regular customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers via phone (cold-calling leads or referrals).
Clearly explain what 3D printing is, its use-cases, and how our service can help them.
Promote our brand and convert leads into sales.
Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and provide basic customer support.
Maintain records of interactions and sales leads.
Suggest improvements in sales strategy based on feedback.
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.
Knowledge of 3D printing is preferred, but not mandatory – must be willing to learn quickly.
Experience in sales or tele-calling is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of customer needs and a genuine interest in technology or innovation.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
