Job description
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design and implement HR business processes using SAP SuccessFactors.
Perform system upgrades, testing, and support change management activities.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Employee Central including Position Management, Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Manage integrations between Employee Central and other SAP or third-party systems (e.g., payroll, time, benefits).
Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues and inquiries.
Create functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum [7+] years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance, Compensation).
Familiarity with SAP HCM on-premise or hybrid landscapes.
Agile or waterfall project management experience.
