Job Description – Senior Business Analyst

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
Serve as a liaison between business users and development teams throughout the development and implementation phases.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables align with business expectations.
Utilize AutoCAD commands to navigate, measure, and annotate drawings.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies between business requirements and design documents.
Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings, progress, and updates effectively.
