Senior Customer Care Executive (WFH)

Northstar Growth Advisors offers you an opportunity to join as a Sr. Customer Care Executive with the organization.
Location: Remote (Permanent WFH)
Experience: 3 – 7 years (Minimum 3 years of experience in voice process)
Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 (As per experience) – Apply only if ok with the salary range.
Job Description:
Managing inbound & outbound voice process and customer service inquiry.
Need to support for new customer registrations & activation
Managing customer queries and feedback via email or phone.
Managing leads/customers via click to call & references.
Converting the leads into customers.
Require Skill:
Inbound & Outbound customer service experience
Strong phone etiquettes and active listening skills
Communicate clearly to resolve queries within defined SLA’s.
Usage of the positive language across interactions.
Excel Knowledge is must
Qualification: HSC/Any Graduate/Equivalent
Work Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
