What you’ll do
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential growth opportunities.
Analyse market data, including sales figures, customer demographics, and competitor activities, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
Monitor industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure the company remains competitive.
Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow market share and explore new markets Identify and pursue potential partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, distributors, retailers, & farmers.
Explore and evaluate new product offerings to enhance customer value proposition.
Sales & Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, customer, channel engagement programs, launch events etc.
Customer Relationship Management:
Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing and sales efforts accordingly.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Provide support to the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies.
PAN India and State wise Sales planning and budgeting/ reviewing/ forecasting Day to Day sales activity and receivables, POS co-ordination Liasoning with government department.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior team members on marketing and business development best practices.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and product development.
Co-ordination with Ministry of Fertilisers Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
