Senior sales executive

Job Responsibilities
1. Drive Sales and Profitability: Increase overall sales and profitability by consistently introducing new chemicals and related products to customers.
2. Explore New Opportunities: Identify potential opportunities for acquiring new customers and developing new products.
3. Maintain Product Positioning: Ensure the continued success of existing products and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
4. Understand Customer Needs: Understand customer requirements to strengthen relationships with current clients and develop new relationships with potential customers.
5. Negotiate and Close Deals: Effectively negotiate, close sales, and address customer complaints or objections.
6. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with sales, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer service.
7. Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about current market conditions, trends, and customer preferences.
8. Competitive Analysis: Track and evaluate competitive products and companies, providing insights into the competitive landscape.
9. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field is preferred but not required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in the chemicals industry is preferred but not essential.
3. Strong ability to communicate confidently with key customers.
4. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and presentation skills.
5. Strong logical thinking ability, with proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
6. Ability to follow the company playbook and procedures.
