Senior Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects.

Responsibilities:

Setting sales goals and devising effective sales strategies.

Reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Preparing and sharing quotes and proposals to clients.

Negotiating and closing deals.

Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Actively pursuing new sales opportunities .

Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Participating in regular sales team meetings and discussions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role within the healthcare industry, specifically involving healthcare software.

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

Proficiency in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare sales processes, negotiating techniques, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Hands-on experience with CRM software (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,409.66 – ₹41,847.59 per month
