We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to make intuitive high-level decisions

for software development. The Architect will work as a leading member of the project

development team and should be able to see the big picture and create architectural

approaches for software design and implementation to address complex business issues and

providing technical leadership. A great software architect has a strong technical background

and excellent IT skills. He/she should be experienced in software product designing and

possess the ability to develop a unified vision for software characteristics and functions. The

Architect will frequently be tasked with researching new tools and technologies and asked

to come up with recommendations on how they can be used in applications.

You are asked to deliver the following :

 Understanding stakeholders’ requirements and translate them into concrete cross-

platform architectural solutions.

 Work on complex/challenging problems to provide maintainable solutions.

 Support development teams with expert technical guidance, predicting, identifying,

assessing and solving application-related issues.

 Increase technical knowledge and skills in own field of expertise and share

knowledge with colleagues within and outside the own team.

 Support and lead the developers working in an agile model under your responsibility,

assist engineers in solving technical problems.

 Promote improvements for software development practices, processes and

standards with consideration of quality, innovation, and productivity.

 Build and maintain links to product owners and other product units to ensure

appropriate communication paths are established and used.

 Supports product owner to identify and determine short and long term requirements

for the team.

 Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest

quality product platform.

 Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and Engineers, as necessary.

 Help guide the technology directions by recommending specific technologies to

pursue, suggesting training and staff development activities, and monitoring the

Paved Road.

 Work closely with the implementation teams of the various product lines to ensure

that architectural standards and best practices are being followed consistently across

the organization.

What you’ll need :

 MCA/ B.E./ B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering and must

have 10-15 years of experience with a proven track record in technical roles.

 Very well Hands-on technical knowledge listed in “Technical qualifications” below.

 Proven track record with complex architectural designs and getting them

developed/deployed.

 Rich experience in defining solution architecture and object models of distributed

systems, enterprise applications, and reusable component frameworks.

 Strong exposure to DevOps concepts and knowledge of Continuous Integration and

Continuous Delivery tools and flows.

 Understanding of Scrum practices and related agile tools and techniques.

 Quick learner, believes in continuous learning and acts as a catalyst for building the

culture within the organization

 Puts the team before self, believes in and can build strong teams across units and

rallying team’s support for a cause.

 Leads from the front and empower his/her teams to take their own decisions.

Technical Qualifications:

 Python, Javascript, Java, Powershell scripting, Linux shell scripting.

 REST APIs, secure web development, web technologies, mobile technologies, cloud

computing, Docker, Kubernetes.

 Experience with one or more of the following databases: SQL Server, MySQL,

PostgreSQL, Oracle, Couchbase, Redis, Elastic Search or other NoSQL technologies.
