Sr. Executive – Sales (Real Estate Industry)
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for selling Residential projects
To attend retail customers & give them details about layout plans, Projects details & Payment terms.
Handling recovery of outstanding amount as per schedule.
Pleasing personality and able to give details of the projects to the customers.
Ability to explore business by mapping business potential & growth opportunities.
Should be an energetic self starter with excellent team development.
Ability to build productive relationship clients & staff.
Ability to generate MIS Reports, and proper reporting systems to seniors

Patient Listener.
Presentation Skills.
Good communication skills.
Good Convincing skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
