What you’ll do
(1) Position Title : Static Project Lead

Salary : 6000 SAR to 9000 SAR

(2) Position Title : Static Supervisor

Salary : 4000 SAR – 4500 SAR

Any Engineer. Graduate or Diploma with maximum shutdown Experience ,Diploma with Certificate & Experience

(3) Position Title : Static Supervisor

Salary : 4500 SAR to 5000 SAR

Graduate with Certificate & Experience

Job Description

Adhere to ANABEEB Safety and Quality Policies, Rules and Regulations, as well Clients specific policies.
Managing a project budget and forecasting budgetary requirements.
Financially responsible for the works hes supervising.
Orientation on job site and identify the requirement of special resources.
Arranging and Distributing of resources.
Manage and direct the execution of the work in a cost-effective manner.
Setting strategic long and short-term project/Department goals and evaluating outcomes.
Motivating and inspiring staff and facilitating personal growth.
Ensuring high levels of productivity are maintained.
Ensuring the highest levels of quality are met.
Communicating job expectations to staff.
Managing consumable wastage.
Evaluate proper tool usage.
Fostering a productive working environment.
Having good relation with the client and make sure team work is maintained.
Evaluation of concerns from previous jobs.
Monitoring and evaluating staff performance.

SKILL(S) & ABILITIES

Essential

Demonstrated proficiency using standard MS Office
application.

Excellent in English both in oral and written
communication skills.

Good project management skills with the ability to
prioritize resolve problems and contribute to the

maintenance of high technical workforce.

Service oriented strive to achieve high level of
customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Extensive knowledge of management theory and its practical
applications in the workplace

Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
and other departments

Strong understanding of business goals and standards for
customer service

Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company
initiatives simultaneously.
