Team Leader – Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
Design and conduct sales training programs for the patient counselling team.
Train counsellors on telecalling best practices, objection handling, and patient engagement.
Develop call scripts, FAQs, and training materials.
Quality Auditing & Compliance
Audit telecalling conversations to ensure high-quality interactions and compliance.
Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure adherence to company policies, call scripts, and industry standards.
Performance Management
Analyze call performance, conversion rates, and lead handling efficiency.
Provide individual coaching and team feedback to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with management to optimize sales strategies and patient engagement.
Process Optimization
Work with operations and sales teams to improve call handling efficiency.
Implement best practices to boost patient engagement and lead conversion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
