Technical Project & Documentation Manager

We’re looking for a project management lead to bring structure, clarity, and process discipline to our development and product operations.
Role Overview
As the Project Management Lead, you’ll play a critical role in establishing scalable workflows, improving team efficiency, and maintaining clear documentation across development cycles. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that priorities are clear, timelines are realistic, and deliverables are tracked and well-documented. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to creative and technical chaos.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Create and maintain project timelines, sprint plans, and task boards
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across product, engineering, and design teams
Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retros, and stakeholder check-ins
Process Improvement & Structure
Define and refine lightweight but effective project management processes (e.g., Agile, Kanban, hybrid)
Introduce workflows and systems to streamline execution and reduce operational drag
Establish standards for documentation, version control, and team knowledge sharing
Documentation & Communication
Own and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and feature requirements
Act as a hub for cross-team information, ensuring stakeholders are aligned
Translate technical and product decisions into actionable plans
Tool Ownership
Manage and optimize use of project tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp)
Track progress against KPIs and team velocity
What You Bring
5+ years experience in project management, preferably in fast-paced tech environments
Proven success in establishing structure, process, and documentation from the ground up
Deep understanding of Agile or hybrid project methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Comfortable working with distributed teams and managing multiple workstreams
Familiarity with development cycles and technical project tracking
Bonus Points
Experience with early-stage startups
Background in product operations, business analysis, or technical program management
Strong experience in tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUP, Notion, Linear, Figma, GitHub,
