Tour Executive North India
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tour Executives based in North India to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sale , providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Sales : Kerala Tourist Destinations
1. Manage sales for individual and group bookings.
2 Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in reservation records.
Customer Service:
1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
3. Offer personalized recommendations and upselling/cross-selling.
Communication:
1. Coordinate with reservations teams to ensure smooth execution.
2. Communicate reservation details to relevant departments.
3. Maintain open communication with guests and internal stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Maintain accurate records and databases.
2. Generate reports and perform data analysis.
3. Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Hospitality or tourism certification (desirable).
Experience:
– 2 years of experience in reservations or customer service.
Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Proficient in MS Office and hospitality software.
Personal Attributes:
– Friendly and approachable demeanor.
– Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
