Job Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with a flair for real estate marketing. You will be responsible for searching high-quality home/architecture videos online, editing them with modern visual effects, and creating compelling content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a expertise in graphic design tools. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all major design and video editing tools, and actively explore and use AI tools to boost creative productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and source premium-quality home/architecture videos from stock libraries or the web.
Edit videos using transitions, animations, overlays, music, and motion graphics.
Design creatives for digital campaigns – social media posts, ads, brochures, reels, etc.
Use AI-powered tools to optimize workflow (e.g. image upscaling, background removal, copy suggestions).
Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.
Strong video editing and motion design abilities.
Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Firefly, etc.

Strong visual storytelling skills.
Good sense of color, design balance, and branding.
Experience in creating designs for property launches, walk-throughs, and lifestyle concepts is a plus.
Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma /Certificate Course in Video & Graphic Designer Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
