Walk In Interview for Key Account Manager and Relationship Manager role on 09-Sept-2025, Tuesday between 11 am to 4 pm

We are looking for candidate from Banking and Wealth Management Industry only.
Age Criteria: Between 22 – 32
JD for Key Account Manager role
Role Summary: Responsible for managing existing customers of the bank as well as growing the base by acquiring new to bank customers. The KAM is supposed to service all banking needs of mapped clients
To grow the liability base of the bank by deepening relationships of mapped customer base.
To service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products.
To enhance product penetration in the mapped customer base.
To activate clients on Non-branch delivery channels including Net banking, Mobile Banking, Video Branch, ATM, POS etc.
To sell bank and third party products with a view to enhance revenue per client.
To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance.

JD for Relationship Manager role
Role Summary: Responsible for managing existing customers of the bank as well as growing the base by acquiring new to bank customers. The Relationship Manager is supposed to service all banking needs of mapped clients
Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products of the bank with main focus on Wealth (Banking products, LI, GI, MF, Gold)
Acquires new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self-generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.
Implements client engagement programs with a view to ensure top of mind recall for clients in his/her portfolio.
Easily establish relationship with customers and build a rapport.
Relate well to different types of customers and adapt his/her style to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the Bank.
Is able to instil confidence in the customer on providing financial advice related to investments, insurance, simple banking transactions.
Maintain highest order of honesty, transparency and integrity in all actions.
