Job description
What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

Identify and research target companies in relevant industries
Run structured cold calls and targeted emails to open new opportunities and introduce products.
Map out daily and weekly customer visits in advance (priority accounts, routes, meeting objectives).
Conduct needs-based presentations and product demos to potential customers.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM; move deals through stages with clear next steps.
Plan travel routes, and set monthly visit/coverage targets.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate leads and build visibility.
Collaborate closely with the customer success and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and post-sale support for clients.
Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to contribute to campaigns, customer pitches, and go-to-market initiatives.
Drive enterprise-level engagements by navigating complex buying cycles and procurement processes.
Submit weekly forecast and commit numbers; highlight risks and upside opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

MBA or at least 2 years of experience in Sales Development
Expertise in cold outreach, prospecting, and pipeline development
Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
Good understanding of Lead generation tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo
Travel domestically for client meetings, events, and team collaboration.
