Business analyst

Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Noida(Hybrid) / Gurgaon(Hybrid)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Must have exp. with:

– SDLC
– Should be from tech background but not a techy, wont be writing code or doing development
– Will create SDLC map for projects for technology, improvements and driving those high level conversations with senior stakeholders
– develop material for stakeholders
– pre-sales background who has exp. in developing tech offerings. Someone who can develop and pitch those materials and explain those exercises
– cloud domain would be plus. Most projects will be around cloud.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree

✅ 5–8 years in consulting, business analysis, or transformation roles

✅ Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps & CI/CD

✅ Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Bonus: PMP, CSM, TOGAF certifications & exposure to enterprise IT environments

✅ Good to have knowledge of AI/ML applications

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Partner with Business and Technology teams to assess current SDLC practices, tools, and pain points.
Design and deploy standardized, templatized questionnaires and frameworks to evaluate SDLC maturity across teams.
Conduct structured workshops to identify and analyze: Value-added activities, non-value-added steps, Process bottlenecks etc.
Identify opportunities for process harmonization, automation, and AI Introduction & integration across the SDLC.
Facilitate working sessions to break down silos and align stakeholders on transformation goals.
Document findings, create actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Technology team to translate insights into automation opportunities.
Track progress of transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-8 months

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
