What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

– Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

– Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets.

2. Brand Management:

– Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives.

– Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

– Manage and enhance the companys brand identity and reputation.

3. Digital Marketing:

– Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

– Analyze and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI.

– Ensure a strong online presence and engagement on various digital platforms.

4. Lead Generation:

– Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality prospects.

– Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

5. Content Creation:

– Oversee the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including blogs, videos, brochures, and newsletters.

– Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and supports overall marketing objectives.

6. Team Leadership:

– Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

– Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide ongoing feedback and support.

7. Event Management:

– Plan and execute marketing events, such as property showcases, webinars, and industry conferences.

– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

8. Market Analysis and Reporting:

– Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.

– Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and ROI to senior management.

9. Vendor Management:

– Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns and projects.

– Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
