Human Resource Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Support onboarding and documentation of new interns/employees
Maintain intern/employee data sheets and records
Assist in drafting offer letters and internship certificates
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and responsible, with attention to detail
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience using job portals or applicant tracking tools
Interest in employer branding or content creation
Awareness of basic HR compliance and policy frameworks
Who Can Apply:
Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Available for at least 10–40 hours/week
Eager to gain hands-on HR experience in a remote startup setup
