Job Description:
As the Administration Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of our organization. From managing daily office activities to coordinating logistics and vendor relations, your role is essential in maintaining a productive and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations and administration tasks
Manage procurement, asset tracking, and vendor coordination
Maintain records, documentation, and office budgets
Liaise with internal departments for smooth interdepartmental functioning
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Support recruitment and onboarding logistics with the HR team
Plan and manage company events and offsites
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in admin and facility management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Familiarity with compliance and procurement processes
