Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will help shape the future of robotics through data and intelligence. From forecasting and clustering to natural language processing and LLM-powered agents, youll turn complex challenges into smart solutions. Partnering with our Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams, your expertise will fuel innovation, sharpen decision-making, and drive our mission to deliver smarter, faster, and more connected robotics business.The work model for the role is: #Li_hybrid
This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for:
Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions across forecasting, clustering, classification, NLP, and LLM-powered agents to address diverse business challenges.
Actively support the AI/ML Lead in driving innovation, exploring emerging technologies, and integrating new AI/ML trends into Robotics solutions.
Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and measurable impact.
Build, optimize, and maintain machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability, robustness, and operational efficiency.
Design and implement advanced analytics models for forecasting, customer insights, market segmentation, and financial optimization.
Leverage LLMs and intelligent agents to enhance automation, knowledge management, and decision-support tools.
Ensure model interpretability and transparency, enabling clear communication of insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Robotics and the wider Analytics community to foster innovation and share best practices.
Qualifications for the role
Masters or Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (XGBoost / LightGBM, K-Means, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow etc.); experience with NLP, LLMs, forecasting, clustering, and classification; strong knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake; familiarity with cloud services (Azure) and modern data pipelines. Experience with Streamlit for interactive data applications is desirable but not mandatory.
5 years of experience with 3 years experience in applied AI/ML, delivering end-to-end solutions from model design to deployment
Previous exposure to business functions such as commercial, marketing, or finance is a plus.
Strong problem-solving mindset, natural curiosity to explore emerging AI trends and ability to simplify complexity for non-technical audiences
