What you’ll do
Job Title: Head Information Technology (IT)

Department: IT
Reporting To: Managing Director / Group CFO
Job Purpose:

To lead the organizations IT function by developing and executing technology strategies that support business objectives, improve efficiency, ensure data security, and drive digital transformation across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Strategy & Governance

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategic plans aligned with business goals.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to enhance productivity and competitiveness.

Establish IT governance and compliance frameworks.

2. Infrastructure & Operations Management

Oversee network, servers, cloud services, ERP, CRM, and cybersecurity systems.

Manage IT infrastructure for all corporate offices and project sites (if applicable).

Ensure 24/7 system availability and business continuity through robust disaster recovery mechanisms.

3. Application Management

Manage implementation, customization, and maintenance of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.).

Coordinate with functional heads to ensure system integration and user satisfaction.

Lead digital initiatives like automation, mobility, and analytics solutions.

4. Data Security & Compliance

Define and enforce IT security policies to safeguard data and prevent cyber threats.

Conduct periodic audits, risk assessments, and ensure adherence to data protection laws.

5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams across corporate and site offices.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology contracts.

6. Innovation & Digital Transformation

Drive digital initiatives such as cloud migration, IoT, AI/ML-based analytics, and paperless operations.

Champion the use of technology to improve project monitoring, customer experience, and decision-making.

Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, ERP systems and networking.

Expertise in cybersecurity, data management, and cloud technologies

Strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Exposure to Real estate industry preferred
